Training components:

Training components:
• Stance

Pro Shuttle | A test of agility & change of direction
Training components:
• Starting technique and power
• Proper acceleration
• Reducing deceleration time

L-Cone | A test of agility & change of direction

• Speed

• Change of direction
Average decrease in time is .25 – .5 seconds.
185 Bench Press Rep | A test of strength &
endurance.
Average increase is 7 repetitions.
